Shipping & returns
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. In Switzerland it's usually 1-2 days.
The exception being pre-orders. We try and provide a precise shipping date in the product description and continuously update you on the production.
What's your return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
You have the right to return the goods within fourteen days without giving any reason. If you can provide the reason, it definitely helps us improve. We count from the day the goods are delivered to you.
In the case of a defective product we will refund the purchase price and take over the return costs, in all other cases the customer has to pay the return costs.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping in Switzerland is free.
Products & production
Are really all products vegan?
100% Yes. Not only that, but they are also almost entirely plant-based.
What's the difference? Glad you asked:
Most other activewear products on the market use oil-based materials, such as nylon for durability and spandex (elastane) for stretch.
While vegan, they rely on non-renewable resources and end up as plastic in the landfill.
In contrast, our fabrics are primarily plant-based, making them more environmentally friendly (but also a lot more expensive to produce).
However, when it comes to plant-based elastane, the best available option (Creora® bio-based), currently still contains around 70% petroleum-based virgin material. That's why we currently prefer recycled elastane.
For instance, our leggings are composed of 86% microtencel (plant-based) and 14% recycled elastane.
So you see: when you require functional stretch, it's complicated.
It's worth noting that we are actively collaborating with our supplier to figure out 100% biobased and biodegradeable solutions in the future.
We are committed to continually improving the sustainability of our products and reducing our environmental impact.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of them are made in Europe.
Our socks are made by our friends in Ukraine.
All other clothing is handmade in Portugal.
All ingredients for our clothing are sourced in a 30km radius from the garment factory. Our fabrics are end-to-end traceable and our partner's (PYRATEX®) supply chain is third party certified.

What type of packaging do you use?
For individual pieces: We're using glassine paper from sustainably managed forests instead of plastic polybags.
For mailers: We're currently phasing out our home-compostable plastic mailers. We will replace them with recycled carton. The reason is that according to our survey, 90% of our customers don't have access to compost.

Absolutely! We love customer input and feedback. We believe in co-creating our products with our community to better meet your needs and preferences.

We don't want price to be a showstopper for ethical consumption.
If your economical situation doesn't allow you to pay full price, please reach out to collective@studionidra.com and we'll see what we can do.
Do you offer discounts for Yoga/Movement teachers?
We know that teachers are not bankers and often struggle to make ends meet. That's why we offer discounts for movement teachers.
Send an email with a link to your studio profile, instagram, ytt certificate or something along the lines of that to collective@studionidra.com and we'll make a small discount happen :)
